Good suggestions for Hero Online
December 12, 2008 05:55 PM PST

Hello, friends.this is Thepowerlevel.Welcome to our website, today wo will have suggestions to Hero Online.

I think the lower lvls that are 20 - 49 really have no fun. They can't do anything els but grind. So I think :
Bounties should be free.
Players should be allowed to just CTRL + click each other and request pvp.
If they don't want to get these requests they should just turn off bounty.
( Like sparring. )
This should be put in with our current bounty system ( the one with money involved) so you are allowed to pvp the player with force that you have problems with.

Hunters should be given another skill.
They should be allowed make meats from monsters they kill.
They also should be allowed to make certain items such as chromatic gem like in open beta.

We need to get into the Ancient Chinese feel instead of American Holidays. Since the story takes place in China the events should be Chinese related.

The events should include:
Chinese new year
Lord Sung's birthday ( Made up holiday but it has to do with the story(S) )

These events should have a 10% npc shop discount.

There should be quests which require pvp.

I do believe these quests would break the unture game play and events. I mean come on did they have easter in ancient china?

In addition, our website offer hero online gold and hero online power leveling,if you need them ,you can connect our customer service anytime.

The Scammer of Hero Online
December 12, 2008 05:54 PM PST

Hello,Hero Online's players,as the weeks have gone by there has been an increasing amount of “scammers” running around and needless to say it is getting rather annoying to see them walking away with player’s items. SO! Let’s nip this in the butt shall we?

I’m just going to tell you what I will need from you to help you get back your items and ban that scammer if he doesn’t keep his word. Great stuff right?

So lets say you want to trade 30 million and a Black Dragon Helm FOR a Black Dragon Axe +4. Very simple to ensure yourself…ask the player “So we are going to trade 30 million gold and a Black Dragon Helm for your Black Dragon axe +4 correct?”, once he agrees to the trade screenshot this. NOTHING else will be needed, if you have the verbal agreement with the items that are suppose to be trade I can help you. If you do NOT have this I can’t help you.

As for all type of trades as long as you have a verbal agreement with the player there you are safe. If you are trading for a soul…list out ALL the items you are trading along with what you want to trade for, then make sure he agrees to these terms…so not screenshot you bargaining with player. Only screenshot the final agreement between you both, MAKE SURE HE AGREES TO THE TRADE TERMS and you are safe. It is that simple and we can get rid of all scammers within a few weeks, spread the word lets get rid of these guys!

Very cheap hero online gold and hero power leveling is on thepowerlevel.com. If you have any problems, please feel free to connect our customer service 24 hours a day .

For more information . please refer to this thread.thanks.

Hero Online Guide How Attributes Affect Characters
December 12, 2008 05:52 PM PST

Performance
Welcome to Thepowerlevel.. This time we will introduce a Hero online guide on How Attributes Affect Characters Performance. I gather this guide from offical forum. Credit to WUHS****.

Attributes (Strength/Dexterity/Intelligence)

Strength: Increases Attack Power, Skill Damage, Health (+3 pts), & Carrying Wieght
Dexterity: Increases Accuraccy (+1 Chance to Hit), Dodge Rate (+0.5 Chance to Dodge), Melee Defense, & Skill Defense
Intelligence: Increases Skill Damage, Skill Defense, & Chi (+3 pts Skill Use Capacity)
Note: Intelligence also increases the effectiveness of some skills (For Example: Prayer of Warrior)

Basic Forms of Combat (Melee Attack, Skill Attack, Melee Defense, Skill Defense)

Melee Attack
Strength: Adds Attack Power
Dexterity: Increases Accuraccy & Critical Hits
Intelligence: No Affect

Skill Attack
Strength: Increases Base Damage (Better Weapons also Increase Base Damage)
Dexterity: No Affect
Intelligence: Increases Multiplier for Base Damage (Very important) & Chi Capacity
Note: Skill Attacks cannot be Dodged (No Accuraccy Required)

Melee Defense
Strength: Increases Health Points
Dexterity: Increases Defense & Dodge Rate
Intelligence: No Affect

Skill Defense
Strength: Increases Health Points
Dexterity: Slow Increase to Skill Defense
Intelligence: Fast Increase to Skill Defense
Note: Raising Melee Defense does not affect Skill Defense and vice versa

Attribute Combinations (Builds)

Pure Str (High Str, Low Dex, Low Int)
Melee Attack: High but Low Accuraccy
Skill Attack: Low (High Base but Low Multiplier)
Melee Defense: Low but High Health
Skill Defense: Low but High Health

Pure Dex (High Dex, Low Str, Low Int)
Melee Attack: Low but High Accuraccy
Skill Attack: Low
Melee Defense: High but Low Health
Skill Defense: Medium but Low Health

Pure Int (High Int, Low Str, Low Dex)
Melee Attack: Low
Skill Attack: High "if" a Good Weapon is used (Need Base Damage)
Melee Defense: Low and Low Health
Skill Defense: High but Low Health

Blend Str/Dex (High Str, Medium Dex, Low Int)
Melee Attack: High & High Critical Hits & Medium Accuraccy
Skill Attack: Low
Melee Defense: Medium & Medium Health
Skill Defense: Low but Medium Health

Blend Str/Int (High Int, Medium Str, Low Dex)
Melee Attack: Medium but Low Accuraccy
Skill Attack: High
Melee Defense: Low but Medium Health
Skill Defense: High & Medium Health

Blend Dex/Int (High Int, Medium Dex, Low Str)
Melee Attack: Low
Skill Attack: Medium "if" a Good Weapon is used (Need Base Damage)
Melee Defense: Medium but Low Health
Skill Defense: High but Low Health

Hybrid Str/Dex/Int (Medium Str, Medium Dex, Medium Int)
Melee Attack: Medium & Medium Critical Hits & Accuraccy
Skill Attack: Medium
Melee Defense: Medium & Medium Health
Skill Defense: Medium & Medium Health

Popular Combination Ratios:
8:1:1 (High, Low, Low) for Pure Builds
6:3:1 (High, Medium, Low) for Blended Builds
Note: These are more of what you would call "guidelines" 8)

In the World of Hero

Leveling (PvE) up to 30 is easy for any build, but slows down after that, especially after 50. Skill attacks are ideal because there are special skills that allow you to attack multiple targets at once. Therefore, it is ideal to choose a build with high intelligence in order to level up quickly.
Note: Since Strength increases Carrying Weight, it is ideal to have enough strength to pick up dropped items.

Popular PvE Builds: Str/Int, Dex/Int & Pure Int

Using tea pots/pills will provide instant Health and Chi recovery (Exception: A few maps have a recovery delay time). However, the cost of purchasing teas makes it ideal to have a good balance between attack & defense. Yet, in PvP it is often preferred to have higher Health.
Note: Dieing often results in experience loss and is counter-productive
Popular PvP Builds: Pure Str, Str/Dex & Str/Int

Jobs Skills & Gear will help increase the strengths and cover the weaknesses of the various builds. Read about the requirements for using the various Skills/Gears & think about how this will affect your build (or vice versa). If traveling in a party, some skills can help other party members (buffs).
Example: A Str/Int Warriors skill will add Melee Attack/Defense & Health Points and wearing Accuraccy/Dodge Gears will give all around High Stats.

Good Strategy is essential. Running Speed, Poison/Paralysis/Confusion Damage/Defense, Switching Gear during Combat & Teamwork are all factors of good strategy. Also, using Charms of Return... if youre a sissy .

Hope you like this guide. Have a good experience in Hero online...

Hero Online Character Builds Guide
December 12, 2008 05:51 PM PST

Welcome to Thepowerlevel. Here we will introduce a Hero Online Character Builds Guide for some players. Hope it can help some of you. Let's start now...

Character Builds & what you need to know:

Prologue

Please enjoy the following summary of character builds. Hopefully this information will help you in building you character to what suits your player needs. Enjoy and please feel free to add your knowledge to the collective.

Intro

First things first, building a character is the most important thing you will do in the game itself. Creating a character with the wrong build or a bad build can make the character too frustrating to play with ,which in turn means starting all over again with a new character. Keep in mind though, that experimenting with builds is highly recommended.

There are 3 stat groups that are used in the building of characters, Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. Each one has its uses and where all character building begins.

Strength= Damage, Skill Damage, Hit points, amount of items you can carry
Dexterity= Defense, Skill Defense, Hit Rate, Dodge Rate
Intelligence= Skill Damage, Skill Defense, Chi

On the hunt for the perfect build, i have come across many different styles of player styles. In this thread we will go over the 2 main builds. The first character build i will talk about is probably the most widely used build in Hero.

The PvP Build: (Player Versus Player)

We will use an example 500 stat points for this and all other build descriptions to help you understand better.

Strength: 190
Dexterity: 10
Intelligence: 300

This build can be fine tuned and taylored to cause maximum damage to an opponent, but lacks the stopping power of an incoming hit. Greatly upgraded armor is needed with such a build to make up for the lack of defense. All in all, this build is a killing machine build, but has a very hard time taking what it dishes and surviving the leveling process. Expect to carry many HP & CHI Pots or Ginseng at higher levels and to spend huge amounts of gold or cash (HT) to get uber defense items.

The PvE Build: (Player Versus Environment)

Strength: 10
Dexterity: 190
Intelligence:300

This build can be fine tuned and taylored to cause maximum damage to NPC (non-playable characters) and is fairly good in PvP at higher lvls (70+). Due to the high defense, this build goes untouchable (hit for 2s) in most leveling situations, but lacks regular hit power, highly dependent on skill attacks. Expect to carry many CHI pots and to be over-encumbered often, taking trips back and forth to the taverns to sell drops.

Well, this is my brief summary of the 2 main builds. Feel free to comment on this summary an/or share your own build experience.

ADD:

In my experience, the 2 main builds are the str/int and the dex/int.

Maxed out theoretically (if going by weapons used by those builds)

Str/Int: 270/12/Int

Dex/Int: 30/210/INT

However these builds are somehow somewhat humdrum.

The problem with most new players is that they want a very good pvp build but at the same tim ethey are a low lvl and need to grind to get more stat points. Having 12 dex is murderous when grinding. Having 30 str is ridiculous if you are trying not to lose money on chi pills.

From what I can tell, most Dex/Int builds can all PvE extremely well and at higher lvls then Str/Int. But with that much str, that build is impossible to 1 hit.

I see new builds, not hybrids but like 147/30/int or 175/30/int to increase the ca dmg. Only problem is that if you do have a 147/30/int or 147/12/int is that you are prone to getting 1 hit. The day a Dex/Int 1 hits a Str/Int will never come.

The only problem with my theory is that these builds are perfect for lvl 100s. Maybe 92+. If you are anywhere from 30-80 and you are worried about pvping, then you might as well give up on grinding.

I think the key is to find a medium that you can be happy with... or just buy a restat pill when u get to a higher lvl. lol.

But good info, I am glad someone layed it out plain and simple. You didnt say which was best bc thats all opinions. So, in my opinion, I say I like str.int better but you only have to keep your str up til lvl 55. Then you can wait til u get to a higher lvl to start adding str again.

Sometimes, you may need some Hero gold to buy some advanced items. Of you want to buy Hero power leveling when you have no time to power level your character.

The Awakening of Helga
December 12, 2008 05:50 PM PST

Hey guys.do you know The Awakening of Helga in Fiesta.if you are a new player.just read through the following article.

More than just the gods were created when Legel shattered himself in an attempt to prevent a complete defeat at the hands of the goddess Teva. The massive release of chaotic energy gave birth to other beings of tremendous might; while not as strong as gods, they were far more powerful than any mortal. One such being was a nameless spirit of abyssal flame. This volatile spirit immediately set out on a path of incineration and destruction. Untouchable by mortal weapons, upon its manifestation the spirit headed straight into the heart of the ancestral Elven woods.

Trees were consumed by flames and Elves ran in fear as the spirit's wrath consumed the greenery around it. But one Elf emerged to stand against this menacing evil. A powerful spiritual leader named Helgaleshi, the Elf boasted tremendous power. His deep connections with the spirit of the forest gave him the necessary leverage. Ire set in at the sight of the flame spirit's damage and Helgaleshi
channeled his power in an attempt to bind it to his body and control its rage. But the effort failed. The fire spirit took control of Helgaleshi and became a terrible new being of even greater power that referred to itself as King Helga.

Desperate to stifle Helga's rage and save their beloved kingdom, the remaining Elven spiritual leaders considered their options knowing full well that they would have one chance to stop the beast. Aware that they were dealing with a being that was now part Elf, the spiritual leaders lured the monster to the deepest part of the woods where the forest's power was strongest. Arriving in a cave beneath the roots of some of the forest's greatest trees, they called upon the spirit of the forest for help in controlling this new evil being.

Despite domination by the spirit of abyssal flame, King Helga still contained Helgaleshi and could not resist the sweet lullaby of the Elven forest. The beast soon fell into a deep sleep inside the cave at the heart of the forest. So too did the elves who bound him, and peace finally came
to what is now known as the Forest of Slumber. But that calm did not last long...

With the armies of the dark gods now running rampant throughout the Elven woods, the forest's song began to fall out of harmony. Having risen from his lengthy slumber, King Helga threatens the Forest of Slumber once again.

Have you the strength to defeat this evil?

Some Suggestions about Mage
December 12, 2008 05:49 PM PST

This is a good guide for Mage players in Fiesta online,it might be helpful for some new Mage players.Of course these are not enough, you have to have enough gold. Do you want to gain cheap Fiesta online gold and cheap Fiesta online power leveling? Thepowerlevel would help you.

Solo: Suck after lv30-35 , U get hit often and the hit is hard too, uget hit 6-8 times u r dead. High lvl spells are really only high on their prices. Example. lv1 magic missile does 150 to yellow mobs now, lv 7 fireball does 300. lv1 missile fires without stop. lv 7 fireball have 10.5 sec cooldown with 5 on deacrease cool down.

Group: If we r talking about a good tank and Cleric to AOE mobs(6-9 at a time) Mage is good , if we r doing one by one , then ARchers ,str warrior does better than us.

PVP: Any same lvl warrior , clerics ,archers usually beat us with ease.

To fix Solo problem , simply lower mob's Mdef

To fix group problem, see above

To fix PVP problem , Let lightning's stun effect come back , cuz warrior have 2 stun

Clerics can heal, Archers tend to let u miss.
